What drives us at Your Service Solutions
Our services were born out of necessity. When the owner of Your Service Solutions bought a Commercial Property, there was lots to learn with regard to insurance, ESM compliance, dealing with Owners Corporations, security on-site (personal and common property) and more.
Just some of what was found was that Owners Corporations had a difficult time getting information from owners that was key to better insurance, compliance on site and security on site.
So YSS transitioned from a workplace training and project management consultancy to a Licenced Security Advisor and Installer, and Certified ESM Compliance and Maintenance service provider.
What was found was that Commercial Property Owners don't have the time and more importantly, have not been educated on the importance of ESM Compliance and how it can affect many other things (insurance premiums and claims for example).
Many don't give it a thought because it's one of those things: you don't need it until you do!
